Sanibel & Captiva Islands Specialist Designation (SCIS)

The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Specialist Designation (SCIS) was designed specifically for REALTOR® Members of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS® who specialize in Real Estate Transactions on the islands. Over 100 SCIS Designees that have pledged their time, completed all 12 sessions of the program, and received the designation have demonstrated their commitment to providing the most up-to-date information on all aspects of buying and selling real estate on the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The 12 sessions include:
