New Property Owners Take Advantage of a Free One Year Family Membership to SCCF. 

REALTORS®: Please fill out the application below for a Free One-Year Family Membership to SCCF for your clients who have purchased a home, condominium, or commercial property on Sanibel or Captiva Islands (excluding timeshares). All information will be shared and submitted to SCCF for processing within 3-5 business days. You can either choose to have the packet sent directly or arrange to pick up the packet to deliver to your clients personally. This program is designed to more efficiently inform new island property owners of the work done by SCCF and the information available through the SCCF Education Department and Native Plant Nursery. Your involvement is greatly appreciated. 

Your request for this packet should be made prior to closing. SCCF will provide this packet to new owners if a REALTOR® does not request the packet within 14 days of closing. If you have any questions please contact SCCF Membership directly at 472-2329.
