Melanie was born in Oklahoma and has 12 years’ experience in this industry. She’s IICRC Water Damage Restoration and Xactimate Level II certified. She’s an Estimator, Project Manager and a Sales & Marketing Manager for Sanibel Island. She meets with customers before the mitigation process begins to assess your damages to build a plan to return your property to pre-loss condition. As a project manager she’s responsible for restoration of water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Her attention to detail and communication skills is a key part of her success. In her role as sales and marketing manager for Sanibel Island she attracts, obtains and retains clients/referrals by updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. In her off time you’ll find her in her aqua office somewhere in the Gulf.
