The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Specialist Designation has been designed specifically for REALTOR® Members of our Association. Those choosing to complete the program and earn the designation demonstrate that they have enhanced their knowledge of the islands and their expertise in selling island real estate.

Content: 8 class segments to be completed within 2 years:
- Part 1 - Sanibel - Captiva Conservation Foundation - S.C.C.F.
- Part 2 - City Hall
- Part 3 - J.N. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge
- Part 4 - Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife - C.R.O.W.
- Part 5 - Captiva Erosion Prevention District
- Part 6 - Historical Society
- Part 7 - Bailey Mathews Shell Museum
- Part 8 - Marketing Condominiums on the Islands
When: 2008 Schedule. Dates are subject to change, so be sure to contact the association office prior to attending just to check for accuracy.
Minimum/Maximum: Some classes have a minimum or maximum number of students noted on the schedule. Please register early (one week prior to class required) to ensure that you will be in the most convenient class for your schedule.
Cancellation: If you find that you cannot attend a class, please contact the association immediately
Please remember that instructors and facilities are volunteering their time and space to our association; arrive on time for each program; leave cell phones and pagers in your vehicle; and remember to bring your notebook.
